The organization had good relations in many fields in Saudi Arabia, especially in the Eastern Province. The organization supplied detergents as usual, but our employee heard about an opportunity to supply plumbing and electricity when delivering one of the orders. After he told us about the matter, we were interested in the deal with Ersal Operation and Maintenance Company. We used our relationships and good dealings with local suppliers to complete the deal, and after that we became the main supplier to Ersal Company for more than 5 major projects for plumbing and electrical tools and tools A special section has been allocated for plumbing, electricity, tools, and tools to provide professional and complete service

Maintenance- 03

After we became almost proficient in serving our customers in both fields, we noticed that after-sales services are required, and there are many items that need periodic maintenance. Hence, we established a special maintenance department to follow up on our customers’ needs and meet them completely.
